Whether you choose to work out with a personal trainer or take our classes in a community oriented, personal and welcoming environment, our mission is to work with you to develop an individually tailored fitness program. We strive to support you in reaching your physical and mental potential.

We all have different reasons for working out. Some may want to begin exercising on a regular basis in order to improve their appearance and feel healthier. Others may want to lose weight or train for their third marathon. Whether you choose to work out with a personal trainer or take our group classes in a community-oriented personal and welcoming environment, our mission is to work with you to develop an individually tailored fitness program. We strive to support you in reaching your physical and mental potential.

Julie and Jeanne, co-owners of fuel training studio, bring their individuality to varied training programs, including a wide range of group fitness classes, individual and small-group personal training, as well as race/event training. Come join Fuel for a fun yet challenging workout that incorporates cardio, strength, core and flexibility.

Indoor classes in Newburyport include, barre, interval training, cycle, heavy bag boxing, suspension training/versus, hiit and tabata. Indoor classes in Portsmouth include cycle, barre, tabata, hiit and interval training. Outdoor boot camps take place in Newburyport, Haverhill, Amesbury and Portsmouth, NH.

Our outdoor classes meet from April–November, rain or shine, except during thunder/lightening.
