Outdoor
Boot Camp:
Strength, Core and Cardio! This interval training class combines a great cardio workout along with strength and abdominal/core exercises. Come see the sunrise or sunset with us - located on Newburyport's waterfront.
Heavy Bag
Boxing:
Get ready for something you've never experienced before, a heavy bag boxing workout. This is the real deal. Prepare yourself to be put through the training. 3 Minute drills on and off the bag. Incorporating push-ups, sit-ups and cardio drills. We will supply gloves and hand wraps. Get into the best shape of your life! Improve your cardiovascular endurance, develop muscle tone, relieve external stresses from work, home and school. Build confidence!
Core Barre
Class:
"Fuel Your Core".
This 1 hour class will target, strengthen and lengthen every muscle in your body. Using light hand weights, the ballet barre and your own body weight as resistance, Fuel Your Core will transform your body and mind. Set to great music and instruction, you will notice a deeper mind-body connection, a sculpted physique and stronger abdominal muscles. Come take advantage of this flexibility building and posture perfecting class.
Suspension Training:Versus (variable resistance strength system)
Versus is a cable system that uses body weight and variable resistance to build strength and power. A unique suspension training class will be unlike any other. This thirty minute workout will work every muscle in your body.
SWEAT SHOP SPIN:Great music will motivate you to spin through a 45 minute class on one of our brand new Keiser M3 magnetic flywheel cycles. One spin class can burn up to 400 calories!
Strength Straight Up: A one hour barbell class focusing on strengthening all the major muscle groups. Fuel Pump is great for all ages and fitness levels. Great music, Great results!!
Yoga: Yoga is the union of mind, body and breath. In this one hour class you learn how to access your own inner strength through proper alignment, increase your strength and flexibility, and have fun. Whether you're new to yoga or already have a yoga practice, this class will have something for everyone. Please bring to class your own mat and water.


SPECIALTY CLASSES:
  • Bollywood Dance: the informal term popularly used for the Mumbai based film industry in India. Bollywood dance takes inspiration from Indian folk dance, Indian classical dance fused with hip hop. Wear loose comfortable clothing
  • Teen Classes: Teen spin, fuel pump and kick box offered mid-afternoon.

If you would like to sign up for classes please go to the schedule tab of our website.

  1. Create a login.
  2. Choose the program you would like to purchase.
  3. If you choose the unlimited package with a contract you will have to go to packages and contract on the tabs on top.
  4. For OUTDOOR BOOT CAMPs there are tabs for both Newburyport and Haverhill. Please choose the appropriate tab and continue to sign in.
  5. You will have to have a credit card on file in order to register for classes.

You can sign up for classes up to 48 hours ahead. We have a 12 hour cancellation policy.
