ne(x)t ®
An interval-based circuit training that will bring your workout to the next level. You will work through 10  stations that target every muscle group and combine cardio, core & strength. Within each station, you will switch between two 30-second intervals and spend a total of 4 minutes in the station before you move onto the NE(X)T set of exercises. treadshred

TreadShred, combines treadmill, upper body & core intervals into a fun and fast-paced class where you will challenge your body and see your performance improve. maxed out

A full-body circuit workout, Maxed Out focuses on moderate to heavy-weight barbell training. This class incorporates the treadmills along with 6-8 exercises on the floor including core, cardio and strength.  Ample recovery time is offered in between sets, and you will work your entire body and get your cardio in all in the same class! yoga

power heated flow: an energizing breath to movement vinyasa class, you can expect balance challenges, back bends and a dynamic vinyasa flow, designed to increase strength and flexibility. Includes: core work, optional arm balances/inversions
 
yoga flow: a breath to movement class with posture and alignment guidance, longer posture holds and a dynamic vinyasa flow, designed to increase strength, flexibility and mind body awareness. A favorite for beginners and all levels.

A high-energy, full-body cardiovascular workout. This class is 45 minutes and is accompanied by upbeat music and one upper body song using dumbbells. Fuel has a dedicated cycle studio that includes lights and a sound system that will keep you coming back for more. | sign up

tabata/timed training

Tabata is 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of recovery. Other timed training classes might be 1 minute of work with 20 second of recovery. Through timed intervals, in place or stations using the barbells and dumbbells, you'll get the repetitive heavy strength workout you've been waiting for! sign up
